Leadership & Operations

  • Matt Moeser is an experienced team leader and implementer of enterprise software systems. While working as a consultant in 2011, he identified the need for a data and analytics consulting firm with a focus on the buy-side of the financial services industry and launched Continuus Technologies as a one-man shop. Now leading Continuus as a rapidly growing financial services data & analytics consulting firm, he combines his traditional computer science and software engineering degrees with extensive experience in software design patterns, best practices, and a variety of design approaches. He works closely with clients and partners for many of our clients' data and analytics initiatives. His focus on meeting the changing needs of Continuus clients and mentoring team members has helped Continuus achieve significant growth and expand our services each year since the company’s inception.

  • Andy is an experienced leader, consultant, and engineer with a strong background in agile methodologies, team leadership, and software development. At Continuus, he ensures seamless collaboration between staff and clients, leveraging his expertise in building startups and consulting to meet client needs and empower our consultants to deliver on expectations. Previously, Andy served as a technical director at a consulting firm, where he led teams, developed software, managed a project portfolio, and supported sales and staff development.

  • Emily is a passionate and driven leader with a proven track record in leading transformative change and innovation across various industries and technologies. Her expertise lies in creating a target state vision and roadmap for organizations, developing momentum for change through stakeholder partnerships, and leading product management teams to deliver best-in-class client experiences that foster growth and profitability. She thrives on challenges and is dedicated to creating innovative solutions that drive success.

  • Asha brings over 25 years of global experience in investment management, operations, strategy, outsourcing, and technology. She began her career in asset management operations and wealth management at one of India's largest financial institutions before transitioning to business technology consulting. Asha has since led end-to-end planning and implementation of investment management systems at top global financial institutions, leveraging her deep industry expertise. She holds an MBA in funds management and information systems from Monash University, Australia.

  • Natalie is Co-Chief Data Officer at Continuus Technologies, where she focuses on helping clients develop, execute, and evolve their data strategy with particular emphasis on practical data strategy approaches to deliver business value faster. Prior to this role, she was Director of Data at Artisan Partners, where she was responsible for the enterprise data strategy as well as the facilitation of data capabilities, partnerships, and orchestration. Natalie holds a Bachelor's in Finance from Northern Illinois University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Marquette University.

  • Jason is a visionary technology executive with 25+ years of experience leading data & analytics, AI/ML, software product engineering, and digital transformation across global financial services firms and beyond. At Continuus, he helps clients navigate complex modernization efforts—clarifying strategy, aligning priorities, and driving execution with confidence.

Sales & Marketing

  • Colleen is a results-driven sales professional with over 15 years in fintech, known for building lasting relationships and solving problems through innovation and collaboration. Before Continuus, she spent many years at FactSet, supporting financial firms, universities, media, and sales teams with solutions to optimize business outcomes.

  • Gina is a strategy-driven marketing professional with over 10 years of agency and consulting experience, leading PR and communications for national B2C brands and multi-million-dollar transportation projects. She prioritizes relationships through transparent, honest communication to drive effective marketing. Her focus at Continuus is to make the technical tangible. She specializes in analytics-based marketing strategies.

  • Theo Jones specializes in helping organizations transform their data into actionable insights, empowering them to make informed, data-driven business decisions. With over five years of experience in client management, sales strategy, and project management, he works closely with both new and existing customers to deliver modernized reporting solutions through partnerships with industry leaders such as Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Power BI, Matillion, Fivetran, Snowflake, AWS, dbt, Qlik, SAP, and Smartsheet.

Data Consultants

Patrick De Paula

  • Annetta brings nearly 10 years of experience in insurance and financial services, with expertise in both client-facing and operations roles. She has managed operations teams, led portfolio management system implementations, and developed automated processes for data reconciliation, reporting, and KPI tracking using tools like Alteryx and Excel VBA. Her background in supporting asset managers and wealth advisory firms has equipped her with a strong skill set in process improvement, project planning, and training.

  • Ashley specializes in data strategy, automation, advanced analytics, and interactive reporting. Her psychology background and technical expertise in Alteryx and Tableau enable her to deliver both strategic insights and technical execution. Before joining Continuus, Ashley focused on data automation and analytics in marketing and healthcare, leading Alteryx adoption across teams and implementing Alteryx and Tableau Server for broad data access among stakeholders.

  • Chris is a Senior DevOps Engineer with expertise in Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS migrations. Skilled in automating infrastructure on both Linux and Windows, he has architected CI/CD solutions using Terraform, Atlantis, Terragrunt, and GitLab. With extensive AWS experience across EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, EKS, and more, Chris has spent most of his career in financial services.

  • Chris has extensive experience in business analysis and project management within the financial services industry, focusing on asset management and futures brokerage. He has managed technology-driven projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies, including data migration, report development, vendor data management, and product development. Chris is skilled in collaborating with executive sponsors and subject matter experts to transform project scope into detailed plans and works effectively across all organizational levels.

  • Clint is a Senior Consultant at Continuus Technologies, specializing in Data Engineering, Modeling, Reporting, and Analysis. He has expertise in SQL (Snowflake, Microsoft SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL), Python, and Powershell. Previously, Clint worked in FinTech as a Tableau Administrator and Product Owner, creating a self-service analytics environment and ensuring data integrity. He also integrated Tableau with custom web apps in the agriculture industry.

  • Colleen has nearly 20 years of experience in data engineering, data transformation, reporting and visualization. She has experience working in the Legal and Manufacturing industries. Passionate about problem solving, she is highly skilled in Snowflake, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL and PowerShell. She has led global-scale projects building out solutions in Data Governance, Data Warehouses and developed executive-level reporting that influenced decision making. She is also currently Co-Leader of the Milwaukee Alteryx User Group.

  • Dan is an experienced IT professional with a broad business background and enterprise consulting skills in technologically diverse global corporations and database management, data architecture, business intelligence, and analytics. He excels in managing projects requiring detailed planning, team coordination, and leadership. Before joining Continuus, Dan built data-driven solutions across various industries, helping companies make faster, more informed decisions in the digital economy.

  • Dave is a dedicated data consultant with expertise in project management, data analytics, BI, CRM, and KPI analysis. He is skilled in leveraging actionable insights to drive organizational growth, streamline operations, and enhance productivity. He is also experienced in managing cross-functional teams and presenting business intelligence to support strategic decision-making and scalability. 

  • With over 20 years of experience in asset management, Hollie specializes in fund accounting, trade life cycle process improvement, project management, and vendor software implementation. She has driven efficiency gains by optimizing operational workflows and managing complex projects using Jira, Agile, Microsoft SQL Server, and trading platforms like Bloomberg AIM and Charles River. Her technical expertise and focus on process improvement enable her to deliver successful implementations and support strategic decision-making.

  • Jonathan is a results-driven data engineer and consultant specializing in healthcare and financial services. He excels with modern data stack technologies including Snowflake, dbt, and advanced SQL, building end-to-end solutions from data modeling to interactive dashboards using Streamlit and Sigma.

    His recent work includes developing AI-powered chatbots that leverage Snowflake's AI services to extract insights from unstructured data. Jonathan combines technical expertise with a focus on translating complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making for stakeholders.

  • Kelsey is a data enthusiast with expertise in financial services and data science. She has built technical solutions for various applications, including machine learning pipelines, underwriting algorithms, KPI dashboards, and automated reporting workflows. A two-time Alteryx Grand Prix finalist, the 35th person worldwide to earn Alteryx Designer Expert Certification, and an Alteryx ACE, Kelsey specializes in leveraging Alteryx for data processing and analysis. She helps businesses optimize their analytics investments through training, solutions design, and leadership consultation.

  • Kenneth is a Senior Data Engineer specializing in automating and deploying data pipelines, covering the full development cycle from resource creation to monitoring and compliance. He has strong technical expertise in AWS services such as S3, EC2, Glue, Lambda, and Redshift, along with experience in financial services as a developer and team lead. Kenneth excels at solving complex problems and delivering innovative, stable solutions for investment management companies.

  • Kevin has nearly 20 years of experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, and Insurance. Specializing in Data Engineering, he has architected and built software and data solutions with a focus on fit-for-purpose implementation and incremental value. Kevin has led large teams in creating Enterprise Data Platforms for Fortune 500 Financial Services companies, emphasizing automation and regulatory compliance. An inventor with five US patents in Data Analytics, he is also a Committer for the Marquez Open-Source project. Kevin has presented at industry conferences such as the Spark Data & AI Summit.

  • Lauren has a background in manufacturing, specializing in sales, marketing, and financial data and holds a Master’s in Data Science from Regis University. Lauren is passionate about transforming processes using tools like Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, and Excel, optimizing efficiency and accuracy. She excels at translating technical concepts into understandable terms for both business and IT users, empowering others to make data-driven decisions.

  • Patrick is a data engineer with expertise in written and verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in SQL, DDL/DML (PostGres, SQL Server, MySQL), RDBMSes, Datawarehousing, AWS fundamentals, REST APIs, knowledge of Python/Pandas/PySpark, containerization tools like Docker, CICD solutions such as Jenkins/CodePipeline, and experience in building automated ETL pipelines using AWS cloud services.

  • Scott is a Data Engineer with 4 years of experience in designing and constructing large-scale data processing systems, improving data quality, and implementing robust data security measures. Seeking to leverage my expertise in data engineering to drive innovation, optimize data ecosystems, and contribute to impactful, data-driven solutions in a forward-thinking organization. Proven leadership in data migration and CI/CD process optimization. Skilled in developing analytical tools and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

  • Rachel has experience in consumer insights, retail supply chain, and sales analysis. She uses Alteryx and Tableau to help businesses unlock the potential of their data, creating efficient processes and visualizations that make data accessible to non-technical users. At Continuus, Rachel supports clients in making data-driven decisions by developing dashboards and combining datasets to inform strategies. Before joining Continuus, Rachel advanced to Senior Analyst at Harley-Davidson, where she led global performance reporting for motorcycle sales and market share, automated data processes, and developed reports on industry trends.

  • Sara is passionate about improving investment data processes and thrives on using high standards to drive efficiency. She listens to clients' data challenges, analyzes solutions, and transforms them into clear, actionable processes. Sara excels in creating procedures from scratch, helping teams ramp up quickly and work more efficiently. Her attention to detail and ability to simplify complex investment data inspire her to continuously work harder and smarter.

  • Taylor began her career as a full-stack developer and eventually transitioned into IT Recruitment where she was able to use her technical background to excel. She has experience with SQL, HTML, and CSS. She has an eagerness and passion to learn new skillsets. Utilizing Alteryx, she is working with clients on trainings, consulting, and pre-sales engineering. Her goal is to build everlasting relationships with her clients and provide “Continuus” services.  

  • Yates is an experienced senior manager and strategic team leader in the Financial Services and Financial Technology industries. Yates has developed and scaled teams across customer experience, operations, and sales departments with a wide range of expertise including project management, workflow optimization, and strategic planning. At Continuus, Yates partners with clients as a senior consultant to help effectively manage their various projects and achieve their goals. Prior to joining Continuus, Yates was a senior manager at Juniper Square, and a senior consultant at FactSet.

  • Nick Thull is a Principal Consultant at Continuus Technologies with over a decade of experience bridging business and technology within the investment management industry. Prior to joining Continuus, he spent more than eleven years at a leading boutique asset manager, where he partnered with front-office, investment operations, and enterprise stakeholders on data governance, analytics enablement, and data modernization initiatives. Nick specializes in translating complex data and operating-model challenges into practical, scalable solutions and is known for his collaborative, steady approach to driving clarity and alignment across teams.
